Job Overview and Responsibilities:


A) Administration:

• To support general GBU admin, i.e, STP office maintenance activities as coordinator, team meeting set up, meeting minutes & logistics, TP/VC set-up, stationary/beverage purchasing, etc;

• To work on GBU internal activity or customer events in close collaboration with internal teams;

• To work as key contact window for GBU image promotion, provide support to overseas visitors, i,e: Logistics, invitation letter, onsite admin supports, etc;

• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence

• Other assignment as requested

B) Act as Asia communication coordinator

• Support activities in Asia, i.e, Exhibitions, seminar etc;

• Support Asia organization and cultural transformation;

• Support HR on wellbeing related topics, incl. employee communication, etc;

•As a member of the Global Communication Network, work directly with the global communication manager to support and coordinate communication topics in Asia Zone ( internal and external)

• Other assignment as requested

C) Assistance for Arom Asia GM and Aroma Strategy & Marketing Director

●Manage the chops according to procedures

●Organize travels

●Time management based on priorities

●Document handling and archiving

●Meeting arrangement

●Take notes of the meetings, writes minutes, archives and distributes

●Translate and writes necessary documents in English and Chinese


Education and Experience:


- Bachelor degree

- above 2 years working experience in assistant works


Skills:


- Good application skill of word, excel, power point

- Very good communication and effective interaction skills and sense of planning and

organizing

- Good oral and written English
