If so, we would like to talk to you about the opportunity to join our team as a Communication Coordinator VIE, based in our Dubai offices.
What you will do:
Reporting to the Regional Head of Communication, you are the point of contact between all communication departments: Media, PR, Content and Events. You will consolidate planning, campaigns results, content, competition monitoring, digital data, budget and calendars as well as prepare monthly internal regional Communication Committee.
MEDIA & CONTENT
•Coordinate with media agency on planning and implementation of advertising campaigns
•Manage asset adaptations with creative agency both print and digital
•Follow up with agency on digital optimization and reporting
•Be responsible for all print and OOH creative adaptations with the creative agency
•Cross-checking media invoices against internal media planning platform
•Processing invoices and following up on approvals
•Attend local shoots and take care of products consignments
•Create DMR PR reports and clippings
•Create monthly best coverage newsletter
•Presentation preparation (briefs, concept, post events…)
•Support Boutique Initiative and Events in all markets
•Assist the execution phase in collaboration with the selected EMC as per the agreed theme, plan and renders
•Close follow up and control of day to day matters on ground hand in hand with the EMC to ensure a smooth running of all work executed by different suppliers
What you will learn:

Who you are :
·Master degree in marketing and communication.
·Excellent written/verbal English language skills, Arabic language is a plus along with strong interpersonal and communications skills
·Experience in the communication agencies
·Keen image sense and presentation
·Good organizational skills - you are on top of your tasks at all times and ensure alignment across all parties.
·Ability to work in a fast-paced, high energy, and high volume workspace
·A creative thinker who loves to work in an international environment
·People oriented with a curious mind and highly collaborative
Eligibility to the VIE Program
·Candidates between 18 and 28 years old
·Nationals of Member States of the European Economic Area (EAA), who have fulfilled their national service obligations
