You have extensive experience in Sales and Retail functions in luxury, fashion or retail industry.
You have excellent understanding of retail selling and customer service process and customer behavior in retail.
You have leadership skill in vital to give the directions and to nurture the commercial team.
You have strong analytical skill and demonstrate the ability and willingness to make a difference and challenge the status quo.
You have excellent communication skill in Korean and English.
What are we expecting from you?
· Sales Management: You will develop each boutique’s action plan to achieve commercial target and higher performance in terms of qualitative & quantitative aspects and manage overall turnover, sales & CS activities and make a relevant commercial decision to safeguard the Maison’s retail/commercial policy. You will provide monthly sales estimate, sales target for all sales activities and monitor and analyze weekly & monthly sales trend and KPI performance. You will also support boutiques to identify & develop the High Jewelry/High Ticket clients and business.
· Operations: You will directly supervise the daily operations of the boutiques in the area aligning with the corporate requirements of compliance & service standard in collaboration with Retail Ops. Internal audit, Finance, IT team. You will regularly visit to the boutiques and provide feedback to boutique managers and staffs to make improvements in a timely manner and control the boutiques T&E cost. You will be responsible to cross check the individual commission and check the sales invoice & the relevant supporting documents.
· Customer Relationship: You will monitor the handling of those outstanding CS claims within the respective area and improve overall service quality to meet Satisfaction Barometer standard.
· Team Management & Development of Boutiques: You will define recruitment criteria and conduct the interviews. You will identify staffs’ potential & the talents in the existing team and assess, define and oversee retail and in-boutique training program to support/minor the integration of staffs. You will inspire and motivate boutique managers to build a cohesive and productive team and manage boutique managers by monitoring and evaluating performance, and by conducting corrective or disciplinary actions.
