What are we expecting from you?

The Client Insights Assistant Manager will support the effective utilization of client insights and the implementation of data-driven CRM and Clienteling strategies for the Japan market, aligning with Maison objectives.

·  You will work collaboratively with various teams within the organization, providing support for client development, CRM/Clienteling executions, data quality management, and the enhancement of client data-driven decision-making.
·  You will translate database insights into predictive purchase behaviour: product, seasonality, nationality…to maximize commercial opportunities.
·  You will measure performance results/progress on CRM, Client Experience and Clientelling programs that drive client engagement, recruitment, upgrade and loyalty.
·  You will manage client database to improve data accuracy and quality, resolve various data issues, and manage client consolidation, modification, and deletion process.
