MAIN PURPOSE
The Group Sustainability team has progressed with the consolidation and integration of its Non-Financial Reporting Framework, specifically building on the Swiss Non-Financial Reporting requirements. Looking ahead, the fast-moving Non-Financial Reporting landscape, driven by a growing number of regulatory requirements, entails the implementation of robust reporting processes. In this context, the Sustainability Transformation team's primary objectives are to oversee the Non-Financial Reporting Framework and support the continuous improvement of the Group Sustainability Framework.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
The Sustainability Transformation Analyst Intern will assume a key role in the following areas:
Provide assistance in the continuous improvement of the Richemont Non-Financial Reporting Framework, ensuring alignment with the GRI and other relevant Standards;
Support the ESRS gap assessment and the formalisation of improvement plans;
Support the critical review of GRI disclosures and the ongoing update of required documentation (e.g. GRI Index; Basis of Preparation);
Support the critical review of upcoming regulatory requirements (e.g. CSRD; CSDDD), including benchmark analysis;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting;
Support the team in collecting, analysing non-financial information (e.g. content collection template update), conducting data quality check to ensure accuracy and completeness of non-financial reporting;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes and tools, including digital solutions.

Excellent written and verbal communication

Proven ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent attention to detail, thoroughness
Ability to anticipate needs by being proactive not reactive
A first experience within the luxury industry is an asset
Keen interest and understanding of sustainability topics
Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships in the Group
PROFILE
Previous first experience in corporate sustainability preferred
Masters degree in Sustainability, Economics or related field
Knowledge of GRI, CSRD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy, CSDDD
Detailed oriented and analytical
Fluent in English required, good knowledge of French preferred
Proactive and flexible
Good command of Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, Word
Good communication skills
Experience working in multi-stakeholder initiatives, whether at University or other
Internship agreement with your school/university mandatory
Available for a 6-month internship with starting date 01.02.2026
