CONTEXT
We are looking for a motivated and organized Intern to join our Change Management team. This role is designed for anyone who wants to gain practical experience in organizational change and project delivery. The intern will work closely with the assigned Change Managers and team members to support events, workshops, stakeholder meetings, communications, and reporting activities related to Atlassian projects.
This is a learning opportunity where you will develop hands-on skills in teamwork, communication, and organization while contributing to meaningful initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Support Team Activities
Assist with the planning and organization of events, workshops, and stakeholder meetings related to specific Atlassian initiatives.
Help prepare meeting materials (e.g., agendas, slide decks, handouts).
Coordinate logistics such as scheduling, invitations, and follow-ups.
Communications & Reporting
Draft simple communications under the guidance of the assigned Change Manager.
Support the creation of PowerPoint presentations, newsletters, and stakeholder updates.
Assist with compiling data for reports and tracking team activities.
Collaboration & Learning
Participate in team meetings.
Work alongside Change Managers to observe and learn about stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and adoption practices.
Take part in workshops or training sessions as a participant and assistant.
General Administrative Support
Help maintain team documentation.
Support scheduling and coordination across different stakeholders.
Provide ad hoc assistance for changing projects as needed.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's program in Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
No prior work experience is required, but any internship, volunteer, or project experience is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Clear and effective written and verbal communication.
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Bonus if you know or have used Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence).
Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and engage positively with stakeholders.
Internship agreement with your school/university mandatory
You are able to commit to a 6-months internship with starting date 05/02/2026
