YOUR MISSION:Ensure the engraving of references and decorations on the movement components, in accordance with quality, time and safety requirements.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Ensure the precise engraving of references and decorations on movement components, adhering to quality, time, and safety standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and systems for emergency repairs, and perform preventive maintenance inspections.
- Assist in the installation of complex systems and conduct equipment inspections with guidance.
- Operate and adjust complex machines and systems to optimize quality and productivity, and generate solutions to complex inefficiencies.
- Provide operational support services and occasionally supervise a transactional operations area, utilizing existing systems and protocols.
- Adhere to the organization's health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and mandatory instructions to identify and mitigate risks, safeguarding the environment and the well-being of self and others.
- Conduct complex analyses, quality tests, and inspections requiring a high level of independent judgment.
- Develop personal capabilities through participation in assessment and development planning activities, formal and informal training, and coaching. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulations, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
- Design monthly schedules and, if necessary, assign work to others to expedite office workflow and ensure high-priority tasks are completed.
- Utilize the internal communications system to access specific information.
- Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure compliance. Obtain authorization from a supervisor or manager for any exceptions to mandatory procedures.
- Post-Secondary Non-Tertiary Education required.
- Must be an experienced practitioner capable of working unsupervised.
- Limited managerial experience is acceptable.
