Internship - Exceptional Timepieces Marketing Manager

Job description
Roger Dubuis is looking for a Marketing Intern to cover a maternity leave, in the Exceptional Timepieces Department. The role will be based at the Manufacture in Meyrin and will be starting on September 1st 2025.
As a Marketing Intern, you will be in charge of the development and execution of the 360° operational Marketing activities linked to exceptional pieces and clients. This is a key role in this business unit, which is already a significant pillar of the Maison.
MAIN MISSIONS
Managing in autonomy all the operational Marketing activities of the Exceptional Timepieces Department, in cooperation with Marketing teams of the Maison:

· CRM : be immersed in the Manufacture in order to follow the timepieces in production, share the progress with markets and clients, develop related gifts, collaborate with artists to ensure the creation of expressive sketches (work in cooperation and coordination with CRM team, gifting team and worldwide boutiques teams)

· Marketing tools : develop sales tools for boutiques and events, merchandising and gifting (work in cooperation and collaboration with Communication and Experience teams)
· Client experience in Q-Lab : define and execute the client experiences for each client visit in Q-Lab (work in cooperation and coordination with Experience teams)

· Events : coordinate with markets, Supply chain, Retail and Event teams, in order to enhance the visibility of exceptional pieces at brand events, all year long, with dedicated sales targets
· Internal Communication : ensure an inspiring sharing of the department’s activities within the Manufacture and with markets

· Invoices follow-up and reporting
DAY TO DAY BUSINESS
This job requires a high autonomy, together with multitasks operational and organizational skills. It will enable you to work with various departments of the Maison and with boutique members worldwide. You will develop a deep understanding of high watchmaking culture and contribute to the future of Haute Horlogerie.
REQUIRED SKILLS
· End-of-studies internship - sponsored by a school / university agreement
· Hands-on, with attention to details and rigorous implementation
· Ability to work in full autonomy
· Ability to deal with a wide variety of projects simultaneously and under deadline
· Excellent communication and relationship skills
· Adaptable to change and uncertainty with the flexibility to work in a fast-paced, start-up, and multicultural environment
· Excellent knowledge of French and English is a must, any other language would be an asset
· Proficiency with IT tools such as Pack Office and SAP
