As an Internal Communication Intern, you will support actively the regional internal communication structure, creating and facilitating communication activities to connect with and engage our colleagues on the regional and in‐market objectives and strategy.
The main tasks are the following:
· Works closely with the Regional CRC & E-Commerce Director to execute the day-to-day communication needs for Richemont Europe’s regional & HQ local scope;
· Creates high quality, engaging and compelling company-wide communications for a variety of channels (including, but not limited to, the intranet and Yammer and for external audiences (LinkedIn)
· Owns the communication calendar and executes the roadmap;
· Assists the Regional CRC & E-Commerce Director in the successful implementation of the European Internal Communication strategy;
· Ensures all communication materials meet company standards and explores new ways to support business units and engage employees;
· Organizes, executes, and assists with various activities (staff meeting, all-hands meetings, on-sites/off-sites, and team social events).
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
· Fluent in English. Any other language a plus.
· Passionate about communication and writing engaging content, with a creative spirit
· Proactive and self-motivated; drive for change and people agility
· Currently enrolled in a university program and are available fulltime (5 days a week) for a 6 month period, starting in August 2024.
· Knowledge of creative software
Please note that the internship start date is February 2025 and in order to be eligible for the internship, you must be enrolled for the full 6-month duration.
