What are we expecting from you?

 

Reporting to Client Development Manager, HK & Macau, you will be responsible for:

·  Draw key insights and takeaways from data reports and CRM dashboards. (client equation, data capture, new & existing, client segmentation, client upgrade, profiling movement).
·  Weekly review with boutiques to review CRM KPIs and work on action plans direction.
·  Monitor on annual core KPI: Loyal client retention, new client 2nd purchase drive and initiate programs adhere to boutiques’ specifics.
·  Facilitate boutique implementation on animations/workshops to provide client invitation targeting list based on boutique CRM strategy.
·  The candidate would be the key user to manage daily operations to monitor SA usage, boutique binding rate, Q&A for common features. Besides, based on daily operation and boutique feedback to initiate regular dialogues with Regional team to share new feedback for enhancement when needed.
