We support our Maisons in creating personalized, relevant and impactful luxury experiences, and work with them in a pragmatic and caring way.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
We are looking for a Marketing Data Scientist for a 6-month fixed-term contract starting in January 2025.
You will be part of the Richemont Group's marketing function and will work closely with all the Group's Maisons and departments.
Your mission will be to provide client analysis and build statistical models to answer the questions of our internal clients and the needs of the Group.
You will be part of a dynamic, forward-looking and experienced team. This experience will give you the opportunity to deepen your knowledge of client data use cases in the luxury industry.
The position is based in Paris, in the 8th arrondissement, with 1 day of teleworking per week.
YOUR MISSIONS :
· You will be responsible for gathering the needs of our internal customers (Group Maisons and Divisions).
· You will deliver analytical studies and data products.
· You will contribute to the roll out of the team's philosophy: “Client Data as a Service”.
· You will work on advanced Machine Learning and Generative AI models: scoring, product recommendation, customer segmentation, Mix Marketing Modelling, etc.
· You will create and maintain coding documentation.
· You will also be responsible for the adoption of your data products with our clients. You will also communicate internally on the functionalities, their evolutions and the vision they carry.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
· Comfortable with the following technical stack: GCP (BigQuery, Cloud function, AI platform), Airflow, python, SQL and git
· Previous experience in a Cloud environment (GCP preferred)
· Expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling and translation of complex data into strategic insights.
· At least 1 year experience as a Data Scientist in an agency or consulting environment.
· Graduate of an engineering school.
· Fluency in English and French
· You are curious and know how to manage projects from start to finish. You know how to present your ideas visually and clearly to a variety of audiences.
· You are pragmatic and solutions oriented.
