Regional Client Development Assistant Manager

Are you a good match?
You have solid experience of clienteling in luxury retail business, with a strategic vision to develop the mindset and strategic approach in markets, strong communication, project management skills and problem-solving skills. You are detail oriented, organized, self-motivated and agile, and proficient in using MS Office, Salesforce Service Cloud and SAP is a plus. You master English.
What are we expecting from you?
Reporting to the Regional Client Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
Manage the region’s 1-to-many campaign strategy and ensure it conforms to highest quality and standards

Manage region's campaign calendar with HQ, regional teams, and local markets.

Integrate HQ contact plan and market feedback for planning purposes. Guide Regional Client Engagement Executive for efficient campaign preparation and deployment.

Work closely with regional marketing team to integrate the activation strategy into the 360-animation programming. Provide valuable insights from KPIs, offer feedback on asset development, and identify areas for enhancing future campaign effectiveness.
Foster the strategic clienteling strategy of the region in accordance with Maison’s values

Support markets in developing action plans based on client segment insights, and work on their 1 to 1 contact plan to deploy a coordinated client development strategy.

Drive the regional clienteling strategy, providing guidelines, tools and follow-ups to ensure effective implementation.

Act as an ambassador for the clienteling mindset, facilitating training for markets and boutiques to ensure adoption of best practices.
·
Understand and relay market needs to HQ regarding clienteling applications and collaborate with training teams and Retail Operations for project roll-out and feedback.
Lead the digital client projects to ensure successful roll-out and timely follow-ups

Acting as a Maison digital tools ambassador, ensuring successful roll-out and addressing local needs promptly. Adapt all the supports and guidelines of the applications when necessary
