HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT:
Boutique Performance & Strategic Growth:
Drive sales, and strategic objectives, including P&L management.
Develop and track KPIs, implementing initiatives to boost sales, especially for high-end products.
Ensure strict adherence to Montblanc brand guidelines for visual merchandising and customer service.
Inspiring Team Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team focused on results and customer service.
Manage recruitment, training, and performance reviews for team members.
Ensure optimal staffing and coverage for all boutique operating hours.
Seamless Retail Operations:
Optimise stock, merchandising, and inventory management to maximise sell-through.
Collaborate with operations and logistics for efficient stock availability. Oversee till operations, IT systems, security, and maintenance for the boutique.
Exceptional Client Experience & Development:
Ensure impeccable customer service and memorable client experiences. Develop and implement CRM strategies and unique customer experiences with marketing teams.
Manage VIP client relationships and promote corporate gifting opportunities.
Oversee all client service and related topics.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
Strong experience in a managerial position within a luxury environment Demonstrable strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage, support, and develop teams.
Exceptional client relationship management skills and experience in building client-centric and omnichannel-minded teams.
Strategic and analytical thinker, capable of making quick and efficient decisions.
A genuine passion for luxury products and the Montblanc brand
