Overview

Quaker Weekend Team Supervisor for PepsiCo Foods Canada, based out of Peterborough, Ontario site.

The Weekend Team Supervisor is leading a shift team on solving day-to-day operational issues.

Responsibilities

·  Leading a shift team of approximately 30 employees to deliver key metrics
·  Solve day- to- day operational issues by collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver performance targets
·  Lead daily performance meetings
·  Communicate effectively and frequently to your shift team
·  Administer policies and operational practices
·  Collaborate with cross- functional teams to solve operational issues
·  Think quickly, creatively and challenge your team to do the same
Qualifications

·  Grade 12 education or equivalent
·  3 + years’ experience in Supervising Others Preferred
·  Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
·  Experience in Coaching and Monitoring Performance of Others
·  Able to Instruct and Teach Others
·  Ability to work weekends
