Revenue Supervisor, Baku

Job description

Обязанности:

·  Ensures the pricing models and all related documentation for the authorization matrix
·  Consolidates implemented prices into the system with confirmed pricing models of products from portfolios of Azerbaijan. Provides communication in case of significant price deviations, performs RSP analysis for PepsiCo and competitor brands.
·  Leads financial support to NPD (New Product Development) projects.
·  Provides support in pricing processes via updated revenue and profit analysis.
·  Provides the final analysis of trade promotion activities
·  Ensures that all trade promotion requests are submitted in accordance with the PepsiCo CIS Trade Promotion Evaluation Principles
·  Provides promotional reports on a monthly basis
·  Maintains and updates monthly discounts and allowances (D&A) tracking report
·  Provides support in the development and implementation of Caucasus Pricing, Trade Promotion policies
·  Provides support for brand creation and implementation regarding packaged pricing architecture.
·  Ensures timely delivery of accurate revenue and margin reports for planning phases
·  Supports the finance department and provides reliable, transparent and detailed promo reports on D&A, CDA for cost planning, forecasting and accounting for the closing period
·  Maintains monthly records of actual revenue and margin data to analyze reasons for changes across categories, brands and formats.
·  Tracks key revenue and margin metrics on a monthly basis
·  Performs control procedures in a timely manner in the area of responsibility and retain confirmation of control completion;
·  Conducts timely testing of control procedures in the area of responsibility in accordance with the company’s internal regulations;
·  Maintain documentation on control procedures in the area of responsibility up to date;
·  Promptly report exceptions and changes in the process to the Process Owner. Требования:

·  Higher education in finance, accounting, or audit
·  3+ years of working experience in financial analysis
·  Profound knowledge in financial management and corporate finance
·  Excellent analytical thinking
·  Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
·  Proficiency in MS Office programs, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
·  Fluent in Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages on B2+level
·  Readiness to respond to dynamic and diverse requests cross-functionally
