Well, you’re in luck! We are currently on the look-out for experienced Warehouse Operatives to join our busy Warehouse team based at our Southern Region Distribution Centre (SRDC) in Leicester. The SRDC is our largest distribution site in the UK, where we distribute the bulk of our own products, working closely with our manufacturing and supply chain teams.
What you’ll get up to:
You will be a part of a busy and diverse team who are committed to the PepsiCo brand, with the key responsibilities of a Warehouse Operative, as follows:-
· Core role is to deliver accurate picking and loading of goods for customer orders using pump trucks and ROPT’s (ride on pallet trucks)
· Ensuring delivery of personal and team key performance indicators (KPIs)
· Ownership of stock accuracy, including pallets, timely variance resolution and identifying, investigation and resolving stock issues
· Ensuring service levels for customers are maintained to a high standard with KPI targets being met/exceeded for failures/volume fill/timeliness
· Positive contribution to site safety agenda through meeting personal safety accountabilities, input to safety tours and initiatives and involvement in resolution of actions
· Positive contribution to the site food safety agenda through meeting personal accountabilities, input to tours, initiatives and involvement in resolution of actions
· Contribution to SRDC’s warehouse’s LEAN agenda
What we’re looking for:
· Previous Warehouse experience is essential
· Good people skills
· Ability to analyse data on the go and make decisions based within clearly defined guidelines
· Excellent examples of reliability and flexibility
· Ability to work with minimal supervision and still deliver first class performance
· Great attention to detail whilst working in a complex environment
· Safe operation of MHE within a warehousing environment
· Good PC skills would be an advantage
· Must be keen to succeed in a Logistics operation, ideally demonstrating future potential. Able to flex working varying shift patterns

Shifts: Early (6am-2pm), Afternoon (2pm-10pm), Night (10pm-6am), 40 hours a week (includes 12 hour shifts when required)
Salary :
· Days £22,905 pa Nights: £27,979 pa
