We are looking for a Trade Marketing Field District Manager to join our Trade Marketing team (based) in İzmir. The individual will be responsible for Trade Marketing Field District Manager and directly report to Trade Marketing Field Manager

Responsibilities
· Execute & track TM programs in line with marketing strategies & programs & first focuses (customer promos, off-take tools, sales team incentivization, roadshow, scorecarding), contribution to calendarisation.
· Plan, execute & track trade marketing campaigns & activities for customers in order to drive penetration and VPO with considering different sub-channel dynamics.
· Determine different customers, retailer profiles and insights at field in order to implement regional promotion activities, trade marketing supports, execution standards to drive sales volume, distribution, share and visibility.
· Maintain new merchandising tools and develop clear cut execution standards by sub-channel and monitor execution.
· Allocate and manage TOT, POP, display and visibility materials within sales regions TT as well as AFH and OT channels. Periodically control stock levels of resources/materials for all channels and get the actions accordingly.
· Build effective communication of brand and trade marketing programs as well as product launches with sales team (for all channels in roadshows, channel meetings etc.) and other related departments (RM, finance, warehouses, logistics)
· Ensure the delivery of execution standards and frontline training sheet to Sales Team for generic, launch and promo programs & activities. (S4S forms – executional frameworks)
· Visit periodically to responsible regions to communicate all TM programs and audit trade marketing executions as well as manage and provide effective communication for brand and trade marketing programs.
· Build & track regional specific & special projects/programs to drive penetration, VPO and in&out store executions and visibility; PO1 Tailor Made, Rack Refurbishment, Retail Sampling, All Channels Best Practice Execution, Field Execution tracking.
· Build trade support programs for new SKUs and launch products.
· Increase in/out store visibility in all channels with visibility materials (Menuboard, window frames etc) in responsible region & each Quarter.
· Provide competition analysis in order to track competitors activites within each region.
Qualifications
· University degree
· Experiences required/preferred: FMCG, Sales, KA, TM with a total of min. 3 yrs.
· Written & spoken English is a plus.
