We are looking for a Talent Acquisition recruiter to manage an high volume of recruitment for Sales Field. It is a temporary contract for a paternity leave substitution. The position is based in Barcelona working mainly for Spain but supporting also some projects for Italy & Portugal.
Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain strong working relationships with PepsiCo hiring managers, HRBP's, vendors, and TA colleagues to create a partnership that yields consistent processes and results
· Identifies sources of applicants including referrals and develops advertising campaigns
· Writes and places advertisements and job postings
· Manages the recruiting lifecycle to include pre-screens , short-list presentation, schedule hiring manager interviews, feedback session, offer stage in collaboration with HR Generalist and onboarding process
· Utilizes applicant tracking system (iCIMS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment and applicant files
· Collaboration with external partners to develop diversity in the sourcing approach
· Budget management: purchase order to track and follow up our expenses
Qualifications
· Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or other related discipline.
· At least 3 years of experience as a recruiter, ideally in agency
· Spanish, Italian & English: fluent level. Portuguese will be an added value.
· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
· Problem solving predominantly focused against daily resolution of requisition related issues
· Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
· Must be collaborative team player.
