Job Description

As a member of PepsiCo’s Talent Acquisition COE Attraction & Engagement team, you will be responsible for helping to elevate PepsiCo's Employer Brand across internal and external platforms. You will help showcase what makes PepsiCo unique, through the lens and voice of our employees, in a differentiating, creative and inspiring way.

Key Responsibilities

· 
Work with the A&E lead to help execute the Employer Brand strategy across the sector – helping to attract/retain talent with a defined, differentiated EVP.

· 
Support A&E lead in developing and producing sector integrated Employer Brand campaigns/work: for leaders/core professionals – strategic functions, early careers.

· 
Work alongside BU Hub Leads to understand EVP differentiators in-market and help develop content and channel calendars for local execution.

· 
Work alongside Sector Functional Leads to determine common hiring needs across the sector - develop ideation/toolkits/agency partnerships for campaigns to be executed in-market.

· 
Develop best-in-class guidance/ideation around Front Line attraction tactics, to be executed in-market.

· 
Uphold the integrity of PepsiCo's Employer Brand through sector governance.

· 
Help manage the sharing of Employer Brand best-practices to help facilitate the successful implementation of local initiatives.

· 
Work alongside the Sector Internal Communications team to develop a PepsiCo Employee Ambassador group.

· 
Execute and develop social media 'Always On' content – delivering distinctive and authentic EVP messaging across various channels. Provide an Always On framework/themes for local channel execution.

· 
Help to educate the broader TA team/Europe organization about PepsiCo's Employer Brand.

· 
Develop Employer Brand toolkits in partnership with the A&E team.

· 
Sustain and improve online target talent touchpoints in relation to Employer Branding – Career Site, LinkedIn Life Pages etc.

Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

· 
Background in Marketing, Communications or Digital required.

· 
Proven track record of developing and driving a TA/Digital/Marketing Strategy across a variety of channels (Recruitment technologies, social and digital platforms).

·  Demonstrable experience implementing employer brand/marketing/communications campaigns across multiple countries/regions.
·  English native speaker ​​

Preferred Qualifications:

· 
Prior work experience within another FMCG organisation and/or within another large, global, matrixed environment.

· 
Proven ability to collaborate with various stakeholders such as global COE, Europe TA leaders, HR leaders, external vendors, other functions etc.

· 
Experience in recruitment methodologies.

· 
Personable, high energy individual that is passionate about people and enjoys working in a fast-paced, innovative, dynamic organization.

· 
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
