Responsibilities
The Opportunity:
The Breaktrough innovation team´s mission is to uncover new sources of value for the company (new product venture, business model and go to market ).
The BI Ops Coordinator is in charge of executing & supporting BI Team process including: All operational aspects of small scale production model (LABBI) such as forecast, inventory, logistics, SAP codes follow up &upkeep & POs management.
Your Impact:
As Strategy Innovation Analyst your responsibilities would consist of
· Support on going ventures business plan (P/L management, budgeting, performance kpis, forecast)
· Report on going ventures financial ops performance for decision making to improve costs and forecast accuracy
· Forecast requirements; prepare a monthlyl budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions for on going ventures
· Support design and development of new ventures models in addition to the LABBI.
· Manage venture production activities (LABBI scheduling and commercialization process, POs, Codes, SAP, inventory management, Pricing strategy)
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Education
· Engineering (Industrial, Chemistry) Administrative or Finances
Experience
· 1 to 2 years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation
· Experience working with multifunctional teams
· Analytical skills and ability to manage large volumes of data (internal & external)
· Experience in manufacturing operating model, forecasting and P/L management (from early stage to scale up products)
· Basic knowledge in agile and lean methodologies for project development (MVP / pivot / SCRUM minded)
· Experience in inventory management, forcasting for production sites
· Mid Excel proficiency. 1-2+ years of practical experience of using Excel for building and maintaining financial models
· English proficiency
· SAP basic knowledge
