Responsibilities
The opportunity
This role will be responsible for helping create engaging content brand assets that reflect the different Frito-Lay North America brands identities and content guidelines. Collaborating closely with a team of creatives, designers and project managers, this role will ensure brand content has consistent messaging, upholds the brand standards and meets internal clients’ needs and deadlines. This specific role will need to have a mix between knowing the daily business operations to understand our brand and shopper marketing teams to translate briefs objectives to our in-house creative / design team. This role requires a self-starter with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will also have outstanding organizational abilities and a flair for producing powerful, lead generating content. Also, this role will be responsible to manage senior stakeholders of our Frito-Lay US Business, report A&M productivity and find new opportunities for bringing new technology, processes and expand our creative service catalogue for our Brand and Shopper Marketing Teams.
The scope will consist of:
· Translate the brand teams and shopper marketing teams brief to the creative / design team.
· Lead an in-house creative / design team to deliver multiple creative versioning of assets for Frito-Lay North America Team.
· Build trust and confidence with the brand and shopper marketing teams to drive efficiencies by bringing new projects to the content in-house team.
· You have previous experience on agencies but also on a brand management position – you need to know about how our business works so you can communicate clearly the objectives to your team.
· Create strategy for visual content customized by social platform following brilliant basics and ensure content meets brand objectives at the right channel and right target.
· Communicate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure acceptance of project reviews
· Manage senior stake holders effectively.
· Look how to expand our creative service catalogue to bring A&M Productivity.
· People management skills – great leaders build great teams!
· Demonstrates conflict resolution and problem solving skills
· Works with team to anticipate and address project concerns
· Works enthusiastically and cooperatively within creative team and with other departments throughout the organization
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of +8 years in a similar role (brand manager, marketing, content marketing, communications) for a CPG company or worldwide Agency. Strong preference for candidates with both, agency and client background.
· Heavy user of Social Media platforms
· Demonstrated understanding of relationships between agencies, brands, platforms, and media agencies.
· Experience working with designers and agencies.
· Solid project management, process, and organizational skills with a heightened attention to detail.
· Previous experience managing direct reports.
· Language proficiency both in English and Spanish is a must for this role (FLUENT ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE COMPULSORY)
· Strong track record of demonstrating ability to oversee a range of brands and projects with detail-oriented lens.
· Strong consumer empathy & customer-centricity. Demonstrated ability to place the consumer at the heart of everything while leading creative / design teams and managing agency product.
· Highly professional, with the ability to deliver solid work on tight schedules and work independently with little direction.
· Presentation skills and proven ability to influence creative decision making.
· Knowledge of PowerPoint, Teams, Sharepoint and Project Management Tools (Monday.com, Frame.io, Slack and others)
· Leadership: Orchestrator, Influencer, non-hierarchical: Strong track record of developing and inspiring teams of marketing / creative professionals. Proven collaboration abilities, strategic thinking and leadership skills.
