Responsibilities
· BUSINESS PERFORMANCE: Delivers agreed volume, revenue, profit and SOM for Rockstar, Water & Juices. Understands the business and competitive environment. Recommends corrective actions for YTG to achieve financial goals, SOM and Brand Health KPIs.
· STRATEGIC PLANNING: Contributes to the development of Brand Growth Strategy H1 and annual marketing activity calendar and budget. Amplifies annual activity calendar from Sector Team via enhancements and addition of locally relevant programs.
· INNOVATION: Co-leads Rockstar innovation strategy with Sector team H2&H3. Leads the launch plans development and implementation for H1 innovations. Leads locally relevant projects for Water & Juice brands such as packaging refreshment, formula renovation/ cost optimization.
· COMMUNICATION: Supervises the communication development, ensures effective and efficient investment of A&M budget, controls A&M budget. Ensures all brand communication contributes to enhancing respective brands’ image and brand scores.
· PRICING & PPA: Leads PPA related projects with Revenue team.
· EXECUTION: Supervises the team work to deliver marketing projects execution including cooperation with ATL/BTL agencies and Sales Activation/ Sales GTMs. Activates brand essence and amplifies regional/ global assets. Ensures consumer centricity.
· RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Effectively collaborates with other functions (CI, Sales Activation, Sales, Operations, and Revenue Management etc) internally as, well as with creative, digital and media agencies. Executes management information requests in a timely manner. Is a key contact person for Sector Team and for PEP finance team.
Qualifications
· University degree, Marketing/Management degree is an advantage
· 8+ years of marketing experience (in a FMCG company) and 2+ years in team development
· Experience with business processes: conducting marketing and advertising activities; planning of sales, budget control, brand/product launches, marketing budgeting
· Experience in people development: performance reviews, constructive feedback, talent calls, succession planning
· Strong Project Management skills
· Fluent in Nielsen and with strong Analitical Skills
· Excellent Collaboration and Communication Skills, ability to build cross-functional relations, ability to manage senior stakeholders
· Flexibility to adapt to a changing business environment
· Ability to work independently, self-motivation and passion for learning and development
· Fluent English
