Responsibilities

THE OPPORTUNIT

This position will be a category lead, defining and building category strategies for A&M across LATAM. Estimated spend of USD 70MM.

 

 

YOUR IMPACT  

·  Lead the spend analysis, stakeholders and suppliers for all the non-managed scope of marketing LatAm;
·  Lead the category sourcing strategies to secure supply and deliver productivity and cash flow for the POS team, across LatAm;
·  Define and execute synergies, searching for productivity and cash flow for a spend of minimum of USD 70MM;
·  Organize new categories (A&M) in the Procurement scope to include governance and compliance processes;
·  Lead the implementation of Procurement purchase processes A&M;
·  Provide Procurement accompaniment to stakeholders and around 45 suppliers for A&M;
·  Lead key negotiations with complex suppliers;
·  Take accountability of negotiations;
·  Define and organize the new category in “ways of working”.;
·  Analyze and propose strategies for the categories non-managed to turn them into “In scope” in A&M;
·  Analyze, define and execute cash flow strategies;
·  Propose the best matrix of suppliers to secure supply and implement cost efficiencies along the supply chain;
·  Work along with stakeholders to leverage products into a robust purchase model for A&M;
·  Work LatAm level to leverage strategies across each region and implement convenient systems in each.
Qualifications

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

·  Previous experience in purchasing Marketing and Trade Marketing (ATL and BTL);
·  Strategic sourcing skills;
·  Negotiation skills;
·  Taxes Knowlagent;
·  Speak Portuguese, Spanish and English (Advanced level).
