We at PepsiCo are looking for a Procurement Coordinator – Data Analytics to join our team in Little Island, Cork on a permanent basis.

We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo (PGCS) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of PepsiCo’s mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi. We are at the heart of PepsiCo products, sourcing ingredients to manufacture more than 1,200 recipes for our brands. Role Summary

The Procurement Coordinator is a critical role enabling the smooth purchasing of all raw materials through the accurate management of pricing and sourcing data, including for new product introductions.

Position Purpose and Primary Accountabilities

·  Ownership of SAP data quality for direct materials ensuring accuracy at all times.
·  Analyse and validate data by item to ensure correct input and to assist in the explanation and reconciliation of variances.
·  For New Product Introductions, work with the Buyers and Innovation team to support efficient supplier & material setup.
·  Support the direct and in-direct plant procurement buyers including approval of purchase requisitions.
·  Support the supplier Non-Conformance Reporting (NCR) process and work with suppliers and plant staff to manage issues to resolution.
·  Provide input and support to plant procurement projects.
·  Represent plant procurement team on PepsiCo Master Data projects.
·  Assist with preparation of Annual Operating Plan and Quarterly Forecasts;
·  Support PPV analysis process
·  Lead annual data accuracy review with Procurement Analyst
·  Meet all compliance responsibilities including our Purchasing Policy, PepsiCo’s Global Control Standards & SOX.
·  A requirement of the role is that all PepsiCo Health & Safety requirements are adhered to.

·  Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/IT or equivalent preferred, with a proven ability for excellence in numeracy and strong attention to detail
·  Strong Microsoft Excel skills
·  Strong experience using ERP systems and data analysis
·  Experience in a Procurement or Supply Chain role would be desirable
·  Excellent communication and relationship building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment
·  Ability to handle competing priorities and influence others to meet requirements
