Job description

Обязанности:

Main Purpose

Support the development of Net Revenue Strategy (including profitability control/improvement) for Baby Food. Provide analysis & support strategy development: 

· To drive balanced share and profitability aspirations

· Owning any data & analytics to support the Modern Dairy RM Snr Mgr, Baby Food RM Mgr and the Dairy RM Snr Director, and their partners

· Own projects from time to time as required to support Revenue Management agenda

Support Net Revenue Management capability enhancement with rest of NRM team – taking part, supporting and leading trials, roll-outs, training etc.

Accountabilities

Act as lead for data and analytics for Baby Food (Net Revenue Management):

· Create and maintain required analytics to understand:

o Customer, share & PepsiCo P&L impact of promotions, pricing, & mix changes

o The price elasticity (relative and absolute) for regular, EDLP and promotions

o Competitive analysis across all NRM levers

· Support development of RM strategy for Baby Food 

o Overall Net Revenue Management balancing share, growth and profitability

o Pack-Price: reworking packsize, and pricing to meet hot price points (regular and promoted)

i Including ownership of projects to deliver pack-price architectures (PPA)

ii Balancing needs with capacities, and Supply Chain constraints

o Promotions: Occasion and customer led strategies to drive brand objectives (penetration, weight of purchase etc.)

o NRM elements of innovation project and broader innovation NRM targets

o Cross channel / account strategies and tactics

· Indepth analysis of strategy performance and support strategy & capability proposals to address opportunities

· Support development & customization of selling stories to support roll-out of aligned strategies to business and customers.

· As part of the broader NRM team develop or roll-out training materials to the broader organization to improve NRM understanding and capability

· Take part in system roll-out for NRM systems to ensure functionality is inline with NRM vision
Требования:

· Autonomy – being able to develop strategy for data and analytics with limited supervision 

· Ability to work under pressure with stretch deadlines

· First class financial analytical skills

· Ability to synthesize vast amounts of data from internal and external sources, see the broader picture and simplify into meaningful insights and key messages to shape future strategy and decision making

· Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Knowledge of big data, analysis techniques & research methodologies (AI/ML/Conjoint/etc.) an advantage

· Higher education / degree in Marketing, Finance 

· Experience in Finance, Insights, Marketing or Strategic Consulting

· Excellent combination of strategic, communication and analytical skills 

· Good knowledge and understanding of finance, insights, statistics 

· Good people and stakeholder management skills

· Fast learner, proactive approach and commercial drive (results & solution focused, flexible/adaptable)

· Fluent English
