Responsibilities

The Opportunity  

 

The role of merchandising commercial specialist has the objective of supporting the trade marketing teams by align, supervise, facilitate all requests for temporary and POP materials for each of the countries. Guaranteeing correct communication with suppliers and internal Pepsico teams regarding requests for quotes, specifications and prices.

 

This position must have sufficient expertise to identify and recognize different types of rack materials at the point of sale for their correct execution at the point of sale and at the same time will be the main communication bridge to collect requests from the countries and transmit them to the design, suppliers and procurement teams.

 

 

Your Impact 

 

As Merchandising Sr. Analyst your responsibilities would consist of

 

·  Acompany all requests for temporary materials for each country. This position must be in constant collaboration with suppliers, design team, trade marketing/Merchandising, Procurement, controller, MBS team that uploads purchase orders. In this way, it must ensure that the country's request is fulfilled in a timely manner in each country.
·  This position must collect the information requested by each country and generate alignment sessions with both procurement and the design team to be able to select the best supplier, according to its quality, capacity and price.
·  Monitor possible problems raised in each country to resolve them quickly and efficiently.
·  Accompany physical and virtual reviews that allow identification of deviations from the mechanical plans shared by the Dx merchandising team.
·  Will accompany the procurement team with questions regarding tenders or quotes regarding materials.

 

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?  

 

·  Bachelor Degree: Industrial designer / business administrator / Industrial engineer
·  Minimum 2 years' work experience in related industries: Retail / Massive Consumption
·  Experience in the execution of point of sale materials (knowledge in materials such as cardboard, plastic cardboard, preferably knowing how to read mechanical plans)
·  Good level of english both verbal and written, needs to handle english conversation.
·  Portuguese speaker is a plus
·  Strong experience in Excel
·  Strong communication skills to work with a multi-country agenda
·  Highly-oriented results
·  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
