Responsibilities

The Opportunity  

 

The Merchandising Analyst Role is responsible for ensuring the correct monitoring of the purchase and execution of materials that support Pepsico sales at the POS, such as Racks, Displays and temporary materials for different initiatives. Additionally, prepare order/tracking/delivery reports for internal and external audiences as required, ensuring complete E2E visibility

 

As the Merchandising, is responsible of executing end to end merchandising requirements with functional teams of PBF being able to document needs, manage themselves with setting appropriate activities. 

 

 

Your Impact 

 

As Merchandising Analyst your responsibilities would consist of

 

·  Responsible for the Budget Management; Gather information from the field on number of racks needed and Enter POs and invoices into System.
·  Responsible to provide period detailed shipping summary to Field Marketing, Merchandising and Field Support
·  Follow up the Perm. & Temp. Merch. Regional Execution, to confirm the order, prepare the supplier prework, Confirm production with the supplier and monitor shipping.
·  Develop and manage an operating budget that includes annual productivity improvements to drive overall savings to the bottom line
·  Build and manage business relationships across all equipment ordering & tracking stakeholders.
·  Provide both strategic guidance to key stakeholders, while deploying a pragmatic approach to ensuring end customers requirements are met
·  Develop and fllow through a Perm. & Temp. Merch. Tracking process, to control inventory and delivery in each sales DC;

 

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?   

·  Bachellor’s, Associate or Technical degree in progress. Accounting, Business Administration, Data and Analytics, Computer Science or similar. Engineering if posible.
·  1 - 2 years of relevant professional experience in trade marketing, merchandising, planning, sales, numeric areas
·  Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills
·  Advanced skills on communicate and work with different Sales roles (Internal/External)
·  Advanced in Excel (Macros)
·  POWER BI Desirable
·  Basic English oral and written communication skills
·  Advanced Portuguese oral and written communication skills (non negotiable) 
·  Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
