We’re looking for a high performing Master Data Analyst to join our Finance Team.

You will have responsibility to oversee the day to day operations of a large hub organization for the C2C process (New Product development) within the Master Data Team to ensure appropriate levels of business control and process compliance. Support Customer Liaison manager in the daily contact with the offshore 3rd party to ensure effective delivery of UK business Master Data, within UKI Policy. Play a critical role in the implementation of the new S4 Hana system, by developing/evolving new/existing processes to ensure optimization of local/ offshore ways of working.

What you'll be doing:
·  Manage the C2C process (Concept to Customer) for new products, to specific timelines. Co-coordinating and supporting commercialisation to launch new products in the UK market place for Snacks and Nutrition.
·  Support the 3rd party provider (IBM) to ensure pricing data is maintained and recorded accurately in UKI financial statements ensuring all changes are updated accurately and timely. These changes can be executed by the 3rd party provider but will require support and guidance from Retained Team in the UK and may also require data entry during tight deadlines/price rise
·  Drive key Master File processes by working with Sales, Planning, and R&D teams to implement changes to existing customer and sales data (e.g. annual price changes, changes to channel hierarchies and projects) and communicate clearly to the 3rd party provider to ensure business change is executed effectively and efficiently.
·  Support S4 Hana implementation by building an understanding of the change impacts and support the development of new processes to deliver a smooth transition in Q2 2021. Play a critical role in data cleansing activities in preparation of implementation ensuring we are data ready at “go-live”
·  Proactively Support Wider Accounts Receivable & Master file (OTC) Agenda by identifying opportunities to support cash flow initiatives and simplification projects, taking ownership of actions, and engaging support from key stakeholders to deliver tangible results in the reduction fo provisions for bad debts
·  Deliver continuous improvement to streamline local “Ways of Working” initiatives (e.g. identification process changes in addition to new processes to meet changing business needs).
·  Be conversant with all critical responsibilities within the retained team to be able to provide support where required, including an understanding of GCS ( Global Control Standard) and Sox (Sarbanes Oxley) controls owned by the Masterdata team

Qualifications/Requirements

What we’re looking for:

Strong knowledge of the UKI business processes surrounding new product development, from a Master Data perspective, pricing, customer care and the change agenda. Ability to translate this information and influence others.

Ability to oversee day to day operations of a large hub organisation to ensure appropriate levels of business control and process compliance and work with offshore 3rd party service partner to call out issues.

Must demonstrate enough assertiveness and confidence to drive/influence issues to resolution, dealing with more senior individuals within UKI and the 3rd party service provider
