Responsibilities

The Opportunity  

 

This individual in this role is responsible for customizing and integrating insights from our current social listening and quantitative digital research tools for the  application of the global PepsiCo trends framework, called Change Compass.  This includes managing, leveraging and developing customized digital tools to provide insights and trends for market level or global projects, collaborating with global or local partners to ensure needs are met, and leading or co-leading market presentations.  In addition, this role will develop and manage the Dynamic Change Compass platform.

 

Your Impact 

 

As Global Trend Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of

 

·  Quantative analysis and presentations, knowledge on household KPIs (i.e. penetration, frequency, intensity, conversion, etc)
·  Proficient in data analysis and data integration from different sources.
·  Manage, create and leverage customized dashboards leveraging tools like Global Monitor, market lenses, and a signals platform.
·  Collaborate with market, sector or global Insights counterparts to understand customization needs, such as in helping to create or update trends content.
·  Present Change Compass to various global PepsiCo teams, with confident delivery and ability to answer related questions.
·  Monitor content from agencies, such as categtory drivers, and the Trensition signals platform to bring relevant emergent trends into presentations by market.
·  Co-lead planning of larger workshops, such as trends prioritization workshops, with the Director of Trends for marketing, commercial functions, and insights in various sectors.
·  Assist in creating templates and scalable materials to aid teams in applying Change Compass themselves, or to speed the process by which presentations can be adapted for local use.

 

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?   

 

Education/Certifications:

 

·  Minimum Qualification: Bachelor Degree

 

Work Experience:

·  3-4 years of experience at a CPG company or insight agency, making an impact in a market research/insights/analytics, marketing, strategy, competitive intelligence or other similar function with demonstrated ability to manage projects in a complex environment.
·  Prior experience within consumer packaged goods preferred.
·  Power BI Advanced.
·  English Proficent is a must.
·  Softwares:Kantar World panel, Nielsen answers, Sprinkl, Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Social studio and Google Trends.

 

Skills/Capabilities:

 

·  Able to identify, understand, and  leverage multiple sources of insights to tell compelling stories that clearly articulate business implications and/or impact.
·  Adept at leveraging primary quantitative and qualitative research, and syndicated data to make business recommendations.
·  Solid verbal communication skills both 1:1 and with large audiences.
·  Design skills are a plus – there is a lot of work organizing content into easy-to-interpret, attractive deliverables.
·  A collaborator who is willing to ‘roll up their sleeves’ and collaborate to get the job done.
·  Passion for insights and human empathy – a drive to represent the voice of others. 
·  Ability to effectively collaborate, communicate and influence in a matrix environment.
·  Creative thinking and problem solving skills
·  Excellent written and presentation development skills.
·  Demonstrated ability to develop and cultivate relationships
