Job Description

The Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst is responsible for executing the Planning, Reporting and Analysis activities to enable timely decision making in Europe sector.

The Analyst will work closely with Finance Teams of 12+ markets as well as central Finance functions to deliver robust processes and timely and accurate financial information for the Top Management.

Responsibilities

·  Responsible for planning, reporting and analysis of Revenue by Brand: data collection, quality check, database maintenance & upload, ensuring relevance to the business needs
·  Coordinate data collection of Revenue growth drivers including an ongoing communication with the markets to ensure that the trends reflect true market performance
·  Support Category Finance teams with timely and accurate financial information to help understand the performance of marketing initiatives
·  Support FP&A leads inbuilding efficient processes and tools internally
·  Carry out an ad-hoc analysis & reporting for Topline for Category Finance Teams and Sector FP&A leads

Requirements
·  University degree in Economics or Finance
·  Very good understanding of business performance, supported by minimum 2-3 years of related experience in Finance/ Managerial analysis
·  Proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge ofHFM desirable
·  Results orientation with passion for detail
·  Strong communication skills with fluent English
·  Willingness to work in virtual teams and with strict deadlines
