Job Description
· Conduct EHS trainings, communicate EHS Policy to all employees, increase EHS awareness and capability
· Conduct risk assessments and refresh when needed in order to decrease workforce losses
· Conduct incident investigations by collaborating with related departments and follow up the action plans
· Plan, organize and conduct Health and Safety Committee meetings and annual emergency drills publish the meeting report periodically, follow up the action plans, support the other committees of the company
· Ensure site compliance with EHS legal and other requirements
· Plan and conduct internal EHS audits,daily site tours findings,near miss reports with action plans and conduct reviews system improvement recommendations to site management
· Implement the updated GEHSMS documentation to site collaborating with related standard owners, follow up the corrective & preventive actions, ensure the systems sustainability and continuous improvement
· Implement the ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems in line with GEHSMS, follow up the corrective & preventive actions, ensure the systems sustainability and continuous improvement
· Manage Health and safety operationsand H&S related projectsin Plant
· Follow up the department budgetand Capexspends and prevent budget exceeding
Qualifications/Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering
· Occupational Safety Expert Certificate (Min. C Class)
· Environmental Officer Certificate (Preferable)
· Fluency in English both writing and speaking
· Experienced in using MS Office programs
· Excellent communication skills, team player
· Creates an inclusive work environment

· Result oriented and fast decision-making ability
