To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for an eGrocery National Account Manager managing our Woolworths Group Account. This role will be supporting to create long term business strategy plans, leveraging insights and optimising online promotional strategies.  The right candidate will have a mixture of strong commercial skills as well as solid ecommerce trading experience as you’ll need to challenge the business to think outside of the box and embrace the digital world! This role is critical to innovating, developing, and driving future e-Commerce business. The key to this role is being able to take a strategic and collaborative, consultative approach in order to bring take the organisation and customers on the e-Commerce journey.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:  

·  Own online/digital customer relationships to become a trusted advisor, creating strategic partnerships which have long term aspirations to be strategic alliances with retailers
·  Lead the evaluation of new eCommerce opportunities in retail partners building credible, specific online Joint Business Plans
·  Lead and negotiate annual agreements with retailers.
·  Constantly look for opportunities to drive incremental profitable growth and work closely with aligned internal resources to optimise PepsiCo products on retailer’s platforms
·  Deliver weekly and monthly sales and budget performance reporting with analysis for data-driven decisions and strategy to enable continuous improvement in digital sales growth
·  Maintain scorecards & consistent KPIs - Provide regular detailed insights of sales and media performance, summarising in scorecards to enable comparisons and insight tangible driven actions
·  Deliver eCommerce Test & Learn initiatives against joint priorities to drive future growth in the market as identified in the Joint Business Plans
·  Partner with the broader global e-Commerce leadership team to determine the correct expansion plan to drive growth within Australia relative to strong understanding of the constraints and needs of the customer
·  Be an internal advocate and lead the Digital Transformation through proactive communication to peer groups.
Qualifications

About you:  

·  Degree qualified or equivalent qualification preferable and proven experience and a track record of exceptional sales performance within the eCommerce Channel, in particular Grocery.com
·  Must have Ecommerce experience with an understanding of Digital Marketing & Performance marketing
·  Proven track record of executing digital commercial strategy across various retailer platforms, & creating online specific activation to meet online objectives
·  Excellent communication skills - engage and influence multiple stakeholders to build strong working relationships internally and externally
·  Proactive approach - drive online sales and customer engagement whilst taking others with you
·  Analytical skills – create robust analysis and meaningful insights to drive actions and highlight opportunities
·  Inspire others – ability to engage broad range of stakeholders both through compilation of compelling and persuasive presentations and ability to deliver.
·  Entrepreneurial mindset and disruptive thinker willing to challenge the existing assumptions and guardrails within e-Commerce to accelerate the growth
·  Can succeed in ambiguity – Highly adaptable in less-structured, fast-paced environments (able to “jump in” and contribute even when facts are not 100% clear in this ever changing space); ability to quickly determine solutions to financial issues
