We are looking for an eCommerce Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team in Istanbul. The individual will be responsible for eCommerce Marketing Manager and directly report to E-com Sales Director.

Responsibilities
· Delivers market share across eCommerce sub-channels whilst improving ROAS and ROI
· Development of eCommerce subchannel based long term ecommerce marketing strategy and roadmap
· Leads and drives relevant ecommerce marketing programs and ideas that shape our communication with online shopper, internally with key functions in our sales and marketing organization.
· Builds full year (always on) joint, breakthrough marketing campaigns with ecommerce customers partnership and media team to increase PepsiCo brands penetration, market size and brand equity.
· Defines and executes A&M sufficiency model and subchannel retail media usage optimization and execution.
· Leads and owns Customer A&M investment optimization.
· Defines ROAS measurement needs, brings a roadmap to move from mass non measured promo calendar to fully measured connected full funnel campaigns.
· Ensures that PepsiCo has marketing tactics tested and learned and scales the right ones to build shopper penetration with optimum ROAS.
· Ensuring PepsiCo products are unmissable on platforms with right digital merchandising, continuously improving with data analysis and automation.
· Lead and ensure collaboration between eCom Marketing, eCom trade marketing, brands, media, digital marketing and shopper/catman teams.
· Defines and deploys digital tools and capability roadmap (data, scraping, geolocation, PIM, audience targeting, instant action, userzoom, Kazandırio integration etc.) to close the loop from upper funnel to lower funnel achieving sales conversion.
· Make Turkey BU ecommerce marketing a best practice hub in eCommerce marketing via test& learn, innovative campaigns, brilliant content and sharing best practices with sector counterparts and other BUs.
· Maintain scorecards & consistent KPIs - Provide regular detailed insights of ad performance, summarizing in scorecards to enable comparisons and insight tangible driven actions.
Qualifications
· FMCG digital, brand marketing, shopper marketing experience, eCommerce marketing experience is an asset.
· Digital/Ecommerce Marketing knowledge, knowledge in search bidding, sponsor ads, performance marketing, shoppable content, A/B testing, programmatic marketing, campaign measurement, personalization at scale, shopper marketing, media planning capability, eCommerce data and marketing automation capabilities are an advantage.
· Strong strategic thinker and analytical
· Excellent communication skills - engage and influence multiple stakeholders to build strong working relationships internally and externally.
