Job Description

The purpose of the role is to lead and manage development and implementation of company e-commerce strategy (omnichannel players), sales and promo execution with direct customers for all categories in Russia, taking into consideration the worldwide and regional experience.

·  Lead sale out reporting process (based on the eCom customers data)
·  Execute trading calendar
·  Fix product basics for customers based on the guidelines
·  Category management
·  Align promo-mechanics with client
·  Analyze and recommendbest practice in sales activations
·  Present the results
·  Ensure that e-commerce strategy is consistent with other digital activities. Define key players. Execute on-line promo and sales activation plan.
·  Supportsales team with creating Joint Business Plans with Customers
·  Work closely with sales teams on strategic/growth levers for the eCom
·  Creating and monthly updating promo library ( before and post promo analysis, ROI, etc.)

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Background in digital e-commerce or digital marketing in the CPG industry 1-3 years minimum
·  Proven experience and a track record of exceptional Sales performance within B2C or B2B environment (preferably retail or ecommerce)
·  Proven expertise in digital strategies execution
·  Excellent communication skills - engage and influence multiple stakeholders to build strong working relationships internally and externally
·  Proactive approach - drive online sales and customer engagement whilst taking others with you
·  Analytical skills – create robust analysis and meaningful insights to drive actions and highlight opportunities
·  Strong track record of over-delivery against commercial targets
·  Inspire others – ability to engage broad range of stakeholders both through compilation of compelling and persuasive presentations and ability to deliver
·  Innovative and entrepreneurial focus
·  English - not less than intermediate (written,good presentation skills in English)
