Trade Marketing Team
We are recruiting for a Trade Marketing Manager in West Balkans Traditional Trade, a great place to accelerate your career and make a difference!
You will be designing our trade marketing calendar, working closely with our Sales and Marketing teams and you will have growth opportunities in other functions across different categories.
Job Description
· Create and execute Trade Marketing channel strategy in line with marketing and sales initiatives
· Responsible for budget build-up and monitoring
· Perform closely with Brand team and BTL agencies in order to deliver POS materials and in-store solutions
· Coordinate design, production and delivery of content and POS materials
· Develop merchandising instructions for sales force
· Lead and coach Trade Marketing team responsible for traditional trade channel
· Conduct field visits in order to gather feedback regarding the current field activities and suggest further improvements
· Coordinating trade marketing reporting system
Qualifications/Requirements
· Education: University degree, preferably economics or business management
· 3-5 years functional experience; sales experience would be considered as a plus
· Excellent command of written and spoken English
· Team Leadership capabilities
