Responsibilities

The Opportunity  

 

This position will be part of the North America Beverage Blue Cloud Distribution organization. This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by supporting the PBNA Sector Ops & Go To Market (GTM) team.  Go To Market Data Engineer will ensure exceptional operational services are provided by his/her organization to sales employees across multiple teams and markets.

 

The services for the supported teams include; providing analytically based diagnostic reporting of actual service and delivery metrics vs pre-determined standards, preparing executive summaries of results for internal and external audiences, and support leadership with adhoc analysis and data requests.  Continuously identify opportunities and implement processes to improve quality and timeliness of output. They will drive holistic reporting solutions for BCD.

 

 

Your Impact 

 

Your responsibilities would consist of:

·  Develop analytic solutions, including UX, Data Models, ETL Design and Code, Documentation and Front End (Tableau, PowerBI Dashboards)
·  Support GTM function with performance reporting against established KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), including ad-hoc reporting requests using internal and shipment / POS (Point of Sale) data and market data systems (IRI)
·  Develop on-demand reports and Scorecards delivering improved agility through ease of access and enhanced visualization
·  Analyze data to distil meaningful insights on performance trends and opportunities
·  Assist with field sales execution and compliance reporting
·  Present insights and recommendations to Sales Leadership team on an established time and in a clear, concise manner
·  Manage expectations through verbal and written interactions with headquarter partners
·  Ensure delivery of accurate and timely data in accordance with agreed service level agreements (SLA)
·  Work across multiple functions to aid in collecting insights for action-oriented cause of change analysis
·  Ability to focus against speed of execution and quality of service delivery rather than achievement of SLAs
·  Implement continued improvements and simplifications of processes, standardization of reporting and optimal use of technology

 

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?   

 

·  1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain / Sales/Sales Management
·  Experience in advanced SQL, data modeling, and data engineering (ETL) skills.
·  Experience with Python programming language is required
·  Demonstrated skills in Tableau or PowerBI dashboard development.
·  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business systems or information technology
·  Prior Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company experience is a plus.
·  Development experience related to Data Analytics and Reporting including the usage of relevant tools and software packages (i.e Alteryx , PowerBI)
·  Requires an elevated level of analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills as well as great attention to detail
·  Propensity to learn PepsiCo software systems
·  Strong knowledge of MS Office programs specifically Excel, Power Point and Access
·  Ability to provide superior customer service
·  Best-in-class time management skills, ability to multitask, set priorities and plan
