Responsibilities

The Opportunity  

 

The purpose of the role is to:

·  Receive and process all customer orders for target markets
·  Request filler orders where required
·  Resolve order management related issues

 

He/She will be responsible for ensuring day to day order processing for ANZ Business unit (Australia and New Zealand), driving gold standard customer service and maintaining performance metrics through the use of standard processes and best practices. The CSR will be expected to partner with other CSRs in the Network as well as with site and BU Leadership.

This role will support ANZ business unit and align with ANZ market working hours and working days.

 

Your Impact 

 

As SC Cust Svc Assoc Analystour functions would consist of

 

Order Management

·  Ensure day to day order processing for ANZ business unit
·  Investigate and follow up on any order errors and holds
·  Engage with VRPs to effectively raise filler orders where required
·  Communicate with in-market stakeholders to address any order related issues, such as holds and allocation issues
·  Support in-market stakeholders with administrative tasks such as reports generation and adhoc orders such as donations and sample orders
·  Best practices implementation in MBS and regional
·  Backfill other CSRs on vacations in the same channel or different channel
·  Any other Business Channel Order processing or claims support as required.

Administration

·  Upkeep month end order sweeps to ensure all orders are accounted for
·  Support in-market productivity teams in their reporting
·  Flex Schedule: need to align with ANZ working hours and working days, for the market covered.

 

Qualifications

  Who Are We Looking For?

 

·  Bachelor’s degree preferred, with minimum 1-3 year experience working with customer service, order management related experience.
·  Experience in FMCG industry desired. Frito-Lay Field Sales Operations/Plant experience preferred
·  SAP operations experience desired; Working knowledge of order processing and order life-cycle
·  Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/E-mail capabilities, and data Analytics and Reporting platforms
·  High personal integrity and standards
·  Fluent in English. Good communication and influencing skills
·  Attention to details, and comfortable with data
·  Team work spirit and collaborative attitude, customer centric attitude
·  Demonstrated ability to work in a results oriented, challenging environment
·  Must hold strong follow up skills and embrace top level service environment
