To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Master Data Administrator. This role will support Master Data team & Commercial team in data improvement projects & ongoing maintenance of data. You will also be Responsible for reviewing & processing SAP Customer Master Data requests as well as contract management, including new & amendments to trade agreements and ensuring key controls have been met.

 

Responsibilities

·  Daily processing of Customer Creation & Maintenance requests ensuring standards of data quality are met & SLA’s adhered to including EDI set up requirements
·  Daily management of inquiries through Customer Changes Mailbox within 48hrs
·  Daily reviewing EDI report for any customer data related failures of orders & working with CSC to ensure successful transmission
·  Upload call frequencies in PACE
·  Understanding of GTM methods & Key Planning Accounts
·  Supporting change initiatives & business priorities & working to achieve deadlines
·  Support data matching in conjunction with the Data Governance team
·  Action data clean-up based on data quality reports from Sector to improve global data quality scores.
·  Liaise with 3 rd Party Sales Admin ensuring closure of new sold to creation with Distributor Customer Codes
·  Update training documentation as required.
Qualifications

·  Knowledge of SAP Customer Master Data.
·  Strong data analysis skills- extraction/analysis/exception reporting.
·  Good understanding of the Commercial Business Processes, teams and roles.
·  MS Outlook, Word, Power Point – Intermediate.
·  Excel - Intermediate to Advanced.
·  Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, ability to operate as a self-starter.
·  Strong written and verbal communication skills.
·  Internal customer focus.
·  Well-developed negotiation and interpersonal skills.
·  Business process oriented.
·  Innovative problem-solver
