Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The ideal candidate must be strategic and creative with the ability to coordinate multiple requests, deliver integrated thinking; demonstrate a positive, do-what-it-takes attitude; be a natural connector who develops strong relationships among various groups, and anticipate and solve problems all while being highly organized.

 

Your Impact  

As Content Account & Ops Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of:

·  Daily project management & follow-up of different requests from end to end as well as strategic high-level projects.
·  Analytical thinker capable of coordinating the development of a brand’s engagement strategy, annual plans and specific projects with multiple stakeholders including internal and external agency partners and clients.
·  Being sufficiently informed and personally involved, ensuring sound planning, good service and a solid client/agency relationship.
·  Keeping management informed of the status of his/her group’s accounts, problems, plans and meetings, as well as involving Management personnel at key times.
·  Ensures the timely development and execution of plans, campaigns, and projects to assure goals are achieved.
·  Creation of Monthly scope of work follow up and burn-out reports to Brand Teams.
·  Coordinates daily processes: Timely hours fill, Internal Rounds, Rounds, DAM, SharePoint, fill Monday and apps correctly Monthly reporting (DAM, Global KPIs, Internal reports).
·  Executes duties and assignments as directed in compliance with corporate guidelines and objectives.
·  In charge of daily operations supervision between cross functional teams – end to end projects, distinguish area of opportunities, capture, and improve new WoW within the team.
·  Provide data and insights to the leadership team about the team’s performance: how much time do we spend per deliverable, bandwidth, key metrics. This should be presented on a monthly session.
Qualifications

¿Who Are We Looking For?

 

Main Requirements

·  Bachelor’s degree in (marketing, communication, advertising, or related field)
·  Marketing professional with at least 5 years in agency account/project management and/or experience in a closely related field.
·  Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
·  Experience in agency or in-house agency environments or Consumer Packed Good Experience industry is a must for this role.
·  Language proficiency in English and Portuguese is a must for this role.
·  Knowledge of PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, BI and Project Management Tools.

Skills

·  Strong track record of demonstrating ability to oversee a range of accounts and projects with detail-oriented lens.
·  Strong consumer empathy & customer-centricity. Demonstrated ability to place the consumer at the heart of everything while leading creative teams and managing agency product.
·  Highly professional, with the ability to deliver solid work on tight schedules and work independently with little direction.
·  Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as proven ability to influence creative decision making.
·  Orchestrator, Influencer, non-hierarchical: Strong track record of developing and inspiring teams of marketing / creative professionals. Proven collaboration abilities, strategic thinking and leadership skills.
·  Data driven
