Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The Social Listening Insights & Analytics Sr Analyst provides media monitoring, social listening, and analytical support to content creators in our top 20 markets. Through your impact, we will monitor in real-time the communication of our brands, analyze insights data, identify engagement opportunities, and improve our digital reputation. 

Your Impact

As Marketing Insights Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

·  Monitor, analyze and report in real time on trends and issues related to PepsiCo, its products, brands, leaders, competitors, etc.
·  Generate daily brand audits and cadence reports around key areas of interest to the business and leadership group.
·  Quick turnaround on data reporting and insight contextualization
·  Media monitoring to detect headwinds and stay abreast of PepsiCo's media landscape and reputational needs.
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

·  3+ years of experience in Social Listening & Insights
·  3+ years of experience in Crisis Management (Running crisis protocols) 
·  Strong verbal and written communication – English (B2-C1 Proficiency)
·  Proficiency in social listening monitoring and insight marketing tools (Google Analytics, Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Nielsen, Kantar, etc)
