As Levant Communications Sr Analyst you will be part of the Corporate Affairs function for the Middle East. Your role will focus on the management of external communication and the forging and maintenance of relationships with key partners in the Levant, namely in Iraq and Lebanon. You will also have a coordination responsibility for the wider Middle East Corporate Affairs team on regional projects and will support on internal communication.

Responsibilities

Communications

·  Strategize, develop, and execute comprehensive communication plans in collaboration with key partners.
·  Serve as the primary liaison and oversee day-to-day interactions with PR/Communications agencies to ensure effective implementation of communication strategies
·  Efficiently manage and compile regular reporting from agencies on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
·  Drive internal communication for all key partnerships and events.
·  Facilitate executive communication for senior leaders on partnerships and progress and identify opportunities for their involvement in PR activities.
·  Handle media inquiries, proactively pitch media interviews and identify opportunities to enhance campaign visibility by engaging with key journalists across the region.
·  Leverage influencers and build brand partnerships to complement marketing activities.
·  Integrate purpose into brand campaigns and initiate partnerships to ensure success in line with brand identity.
·  Support on Middle East communication campaigns and projects.

 

Partnerships

·  Co-create reputational building programs/partnerships with PepsiCo’s regional/global corporate affairs and PepsiCo Foundation teams and support on their execution with external partners.
·  Cultivate and nurture existing key partnerships while identifying and pursuing new opportunities in line with the broader corporate reputation agenda.
·  Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners, maintaining relationships and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
·  Engage with government entities in relation to PepsiCo’s partnerships, fostering positive relationships and alignment with organizational goals.
·  Ensure that all partnerships are aligned with PepsiCo’s overarching reputation agenda and strategic plans.
·  Manage and provide regular updates on the progress of key partnerships, reporting periodically on achievements and developments.
·  Lead on employee engagement and volunteering opportunities with partners.
Qualifications

·  Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field; a Master's degree is a advantageous.
·  Proven expertise in communication, event management and public relations.
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
·  Demonstrated experience in the CSR/Development, fostering partnerships, and community engagement, with a preference for prior involvement with or international organizations.
·  Track record of successful stakeholder engagement and partnership cultivation.
·  Proficiency in digital communications and adeptness with social media platforms.
·  Thorough understanding of national regulations and policies.
·  Proficient in MS Office Applications; MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
·  A team player with a high enthusiasm and positive demeanor.
·  Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and the flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
