Responsibilities

The Opportunity   

 

The Role of Category Management & Scorecarding Analyst,  is intended to manage, update, and share category analysis information for related to shelf and check outs opportunities, new products, white spaces, etc.

 

 

Your Impact  

 

As Catman Reporting and Analytics your functions would consist of

 

·  Support SOCO Catman team with PepsiCo and Category up to date data scorecarding for 3-5 retailers
·  Pull data, populate and publish scorecards
·  Maintain central repository or category insights and learnings
·  Data collection of scan, panel and audit data sources and customer proprietary data
·  Gather shopper and channel insights (e.g. channel / format specific attitudes and behavior, shopper trip mission & segmentation, etc.)
·  Pull data for shelving / execution stories, Provide support for shelving and execution stories
·  Gondola 2.0 Development: support & Execute analysis based on CatMan definitions & strategy to external advisory
·  Catman Capability for Internal and External Advisory : Gather info, Data management & presentation, Opportunity analysis to execute with customers/KAMs
·  Identify portfolio opportunities between the market and the retailer. Identify segments, flavors, and sizes in order to execute a winning portfolio for the retailer

 

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?  

 

·  Bachellor’s, Associate or Technical degree in progress. Accounting, Business Administration, Data and Analytics, Computer Science or similar
·  2 year professional experience experience in a leading consumer goods company or supporting CPG company from an agency.
·  Expertice using different source systems of data like SAP/BW, Teradata, Flat files, etc. Advanced skills on MS Excel or Power BI
·  Familiarity with CPG and Food & Beverage industry data sources, including syndicated data and insights providers like Nielsen, Kantar, Edge by Ascential, Euromonitor, etc.
·  Knowledge of data governance models and Customer/Material hyerarchies
·  Intermidiate English level
·  Marketing backgroung to enhance commercial vision. Math-based thinking. Informatics and Analytics operation skills.
·  Clear Communication to all stakeholders (internal and external)
·  Intellectual curiosity focused on venturing into new tasks or projects.
