Your mission:
As our Brand Manager, you will lead brand excellence while driving your strategic vision by analyzing platform evolution, market dynamics, and internal metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless project approvals and crafting impactful TV and digital approaches. Take ownership of budget control and offer valuable insights for strategic decision-making, ensuring local relevance in the implementation of multiple calendar events.

Responsibilities
Your day to day with us:
· Dive into the evolution of platforms under your responsibility, examining market dynamics, competition landscape, internal sales results, margins, and profits.
· Assess product range and key consumer indicators (penetration, weight of purchase, loyalty, etc.) to identify gaps and opportunities for strategic advancement.
· Collaborate closely with the TCP team to craft the best TV and digital approach for the brands under your care.
· Ensure seamless project approval processes, liaising with Marketing, Finance, and Commercialization teams to align information and pre-approval requirements.
· Facilitate weekly updates with the Spanish team, identifying opportunities for Portugal and ensuring open communication channels for unmet needs.
· Provide essential support to your manager in crafting the strategic plan by conducting in-depth and comprehensive brand diagnostics.
· Offer valuable insights and contributions to enhance the overall strategic vision.
· Take charge of daily budget control, ensuring financial parameters are met.
· Communicate effectively about savings and potential gaps, contributing to timely decision-making.
Qualifications
What will you need to succeed?

Minimum of 3 years in Marketing, especifically on brand management and/or FMCG.
·
Strong analytical and presentation skills
·
Fluency in Portuguese and English. Spanish is highly valued.
·
Project Management, Good prioritization and organizational abilities.
·
Knowledge of Nielsen, Kantar or similar
·
Creativity and ability to contribute with innovative ideas.
