Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The role supports the Quaker Brand Marketing teams and brand finance teams on innovation for Quaker brands.  This role will support innovation financial development for brands like Pancake Syrup and Mix as well as supporting the overall brand finance function through reporting, model building, ILT meeting management, and other ad hoc support for strategic decision making.   This role will also focus on continuous improvement and ability to streamline processes and data for clear versioning control.

 

Your Impact  

As Brand and Innovation Finance Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

·  Functional Responsibilities
·  Understand key drivers of the P&L.
·  Partner closely with cross-functional teams to manage P&L expectations for Pancake Syrup and Mix innovation.
·  Provide support for the period end results, POR powerpoint population, and preparation of brand forecasts.
·  Develop and manage models, tools and reporting, such as AOP base models and innovation models that incorporate growth metrics.
·  Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad-hoc projects as requested, such as support for innovation Benchmark skus and “My Innovation” documentation pulls.
·  Coordinate meetings for the Innnvoation Leadership Team and summarizing pre-reads for senior management.
·  Create an inclusive and collaborative environment.
·  People Responsibilities
·  Coach and on- board new members of the team in ways of working and processes.
Qualifications

¿Who Are We Looking For?

·  Experience managing a P&L.
·  2-4 years of experience in finance and planning.
·  Experience in financial analysis, data integrity maintenance and systems such as SAP
·  Tableau or Power BI knowledge.
·  Strong excel skills.
·  Able to work independently and takes initiative.
·  Capable of managing multiple time sensititive priorities simultaneously.
·  Detail-oriented; organized in approach and in document maintenance.
·  Ability to function well in a team environment.
·  Consistently shows urgency, courtesy  and patience.
·  Exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in English language.
