Overview
Main objective: Drive VA existing portfolio(with value-added functional benefits) business growth (5 series and multi-grain)
· Be responsible for product SPPD
· Consumer centric thinking to drive re-novation & exsiting line trail
· Prepare marketing related selling story for internal sales and external customer engagement
· Hold cross function accountable for product line strategy and re-novation/ line extension strategy
· Enhance efficacy of marketing activation (digital and in-store/off-line)
· Explore performance marketing model with sales team (EC and offline) to effectively drive on-target communication and roll out to whole GCR marketing function
· Lead A&M process management and timeline for related projects
Responsibilities
Portfolio and strategy deliveries:
· Identify value-added functional beneftis line’s portfolio role base on decode consumer JTBD
· Renovation and innovation for core line
Communication deliveries:
· Drive field implementation by working with COSO/EC sales and trade marketing teams collaboratively
· Drive omni-channel growth with communication and promotion
· Explore media to shelf effective for offline, from mass communication to harvest in in-store
· Develop media strategy including precise performance marketing and mass media communication, and ensure flawless executions
· Co-work with EC team to develop Quaker’s penetration with efficiency improvement
Business deliveries:
· Drive VA value-added functional beneftis line penetration by switch competitor cereal user to QKR
· Improve core line GM for sustainable growth
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or above
· Minimum 3 years marketing in FMCG industry and famillar with digital, social and mass media format
· Strong execution capability on communication and channel activation
· Well knowledge and interest on nutrition category is prefered
· Strong analytical skills with process-oriented mentality
· Strong organizational and project management skills
· Experience with FMCG multi-national companies and/or ad agencies is preferred
· Good English speaking, writing, and reading ability
· Ability to work with different people and exert good organization impact with confidence
· Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage ambiguity
· Good ability to effectively manage ambiguity
Differentiating Competencies Required:
· Strong performance marketing capability to know how to build a new product from 1 to 10 with less than 3MM $ A&M
· Good mass communication skill in both creative development and media mix
