To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Brand Manager.  Your role will be to Develop, manage, and implement all aspects of the marketing mix and new product development, while supporting the RRD Senior Brand manager to deliver 3-year marketing plans.

Responsibilities

·  Analyse diverse consumer and in-market data to identify key brand insights, challenges, and opportunities.
·  Assist SBM in developing marketing plans to capitalize on growth opportunities, aiming for AOP volume, revenue, share, and profit growth.
·  Responsible for managing the Red Rock Deli Advertising and Marketing (A&M) budget, ensuring compliance and avoiding overspend.
·  Support SBM in executing Red Rock Deli in-year activations.
·  Proactively develop and execute product and packaging innovations aligning with PepsiCo demand spaces for consumer and customer-centric growth.
·  Engage, communicate, and influence critical functions within PepsiCo Australia (Category, Sales, Shopper, R&D, Finance) to ensure flawless execution of opportunities.
·  Ensure effective, timely, and thorough progression of all projects through the Stage Gate process
·  Provide thorough measurement and evaluation of all New Product Development (NPD) projects
·  Develop and execute an Always On Social Media strategy, leading agency partners and optimizing performance as needed
·  Lead small-scale campaigns end-to-end, ensuring flawless through-the-line integration
·  Support SBM in the development and execution of other communication campaigns.
·  Measure and track performance against Brand KPIs, volume, share, and profit objectives, providing insights for optimization
·  Manage Sampling, Social Media, Packaging, Research, Media, and Creative agencies to ensure effective brand outcomes for the Red Rock Deli Portfolio
·  Take the lead on PepsiCo's joint venture partnership with Obela Dips
Qualifications

·  Demonstrates strong planning and organisational skills to effectively manage and execute projects
·  Experience in developing strong cross-functional relationships
·  Proficient in data analysis to gain insights for business decisions
·  Strong Marketing planning/execution skills
·  Financial acumen and P&L understanding
·  Experience in leading end to end media campaigns and activations
·  Ability to be proactive, highly organised yet adaptable to changing and ambiguous circumstances.
·  Communicates persuasively
·  Demonstrates a broad perspective when solving problems and making decisions
·  Min 2 years marketing experience (FMCG preferred)
