We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to join our Marketing team based in Istanbul. The individual will be responsible for Assistant Brand Manager and directly report to Senior Brand Manager. The role will be temporary (12 months).

Responsibilities

·  Assists in developing and executing marketing TCP and promotional initiatives to profitably increase consumption within budgeted parameters,
·  Supports defining the brand’s packaging, advertising and promotion strategies and allocate the budget accordingly,
·  Accountable for projects that help deliver the brand’s profit, volume and market share objectives,
·  Coordinates product management projects with internal and external resources to achieve results (advertising agencies, market research, product development, production planning, trade activities, sales and consultants),
·  Analyzes market data and compares results to established objectives to assure the effectiveness of marketing programs.
·  Prepare business updates and define insights/actions to support BM’s for the regular meetings (PMR, 16 Week, Stage&Gate presentatios, Monthly Brand Audits, etc).
·  Close tracking of NPD’s with commercialization team to ensure flawless launch process.
·  Leading social media planning with digital and media agency.
·  Manage brands’ Deploy A&M budget 
Qualifications

·  University graduate,
·  1-3 years of marketing experience,
·  Excellent command of English,
·  Analytical and problem solving skills,
·  Good communication skills,
·  Good command of Windows applications, (Excel & Powerpoint are must)
·  Demonstrated leadership and team skills,
·  Creativity,
·  Results orientation,
·  Multifunctional skill base (financial, operations as well as marketing),
·  High level of initiative and assertiveness,
