Your mission:

As the driving force behind the brand's acceleration, you won't just set up growth strategies and AOP (Annual Operating Plan) plans but you will also shape the overall strategies for the Snacks Category in PepsiCo. Dive into the vibrant world of market execution, where excellence is not just a goal but a standard. Take charge of bringing our marketing activities to life, infusing them with innovation and flair. Responsibilities

Your day to day with us:

·  Achieve annual business plan objectives, showcasing mastery in key metrics like NR (Net Revenue), SOM (Share of Market), Profit, and beyond, all while fostering continuous growth in brand equity and market penetration.
·  Establish yourself as a pivotal figure in both business and marketing realms, serving as a go-to contact for the Snacks category platform.
·  Collaborate with the Senior Brand Manager to craft innovative brand growth strategies and develop compelling annual plans for Cheetos and other brands, positioning yourself as a driving force in strategic decision-making.
·  Take the lead in flawlessly executing major Marketing Initiatives, ensuring projects are not only completed with excellence but also delivered on time and within budget constraints.
·  Become the insightful navigator of business and brand performance, proactively making recommendations for adjustments and enhancements where necessary.
·  Masterful stakeholder management – ensure seamless communication and alignment across various functions, empowering effective decision-making at all levels.
·  Exercise ownership over the A&M budget throughout the year, demonstrating financial acumen and strategic allocation.
·  Establish and nurture strong relationships with key (advertising) agencies, providing clear and compelling briefs while maintaining a constant and collaborative line of communication. Elevate the creative process to new heights with your strategic involvement.
Qualifications

What will you need to succeed?

·  Relevant experience in Marketing (2-3 years);
·  You’re a pro-active self-starter, entrepreneurial and you have a ‘get things done’ mentality;
·  You have strong communication skills, able to inspire and take others with you;
·  You’re a digital savvy brand builder, result driven, enthusiastic team player with strong analytical skills and a growth mindset;
·  Open minded to other cultures;
·  Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
