About the Role:
We are seeking attentive and guest-focused Waiters / Waitresses to join the Food & Beverage team at Miraval The Red Sea. You will play a key role in creating meaningful, personalized dining experiences that reflect our wellness philosophy and high service standards.

What We’re Looking For:
Energetic, service-oriented individuals with a warm presence and a passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate has prior experience in luxury or wellness-focused environments, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional service with mindfulness and care.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide professional and personalized service to guests across all dining areas
· Take accurate orders and ensure timely service in collaboration with kitchen and bar teams
· Communicate menu knowledge, including ingredients and wellness-driven concepts
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations
· Support team members to ensure smooth and consistent service
· Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism and empathy

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a hotel or high-end restaurant preferred
·  Strong interpersonal and communication skills
·  Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
·  Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
·  Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
