As a Team Leader, you’ll support the restaurant’s daily operations and play a key role in delivering excellent guest experiences. You’ll help coordinate the team during service, ensure a smooth workflow, and lead by example on the floor. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality and looking to grow into a leadership path.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Assist with the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
· Take part in opening and closing duties, including setup and team briefings.
· Maintain high standards of guest service, cleanliness, and presentation.
· Support the training and onboarding of new team members.
· Guide and motivate service staff during shifts to maintain consistency.
· Respond to guest feedback promptly and professionally.
· Monitor adherence to service sequences, hygiene, and safety standards.
· Assist in managing stock levels and requisitions for the service area.
